"Great service in my case."
Read many reviews which are all very negative but have to say I was really pleased with the large calendar I ordered. The photo clarity and quality of calendar was good. I ordered it later than I’d intended - 20th December. The expected delivery was 31st December to 5th January, which due to Covid and excess online deliveries I thought was ok, but it arrived on December 23rd!!! That was excellent service. The recipient was thrilled with his gift. Thanks.

"Very Happy"
2nd time ever ordering from the App. Zero problems, easy steps, amazing product, price worth the value, and free shipping that also arrived early. As well as tracking information. I will absolutely order again. However one word of advice. Suggested prices are very Hugh, with the discount their fair. I'd suggest lowering your prices and always offering free shipping to repeat clients.

Have used Snapfish lots due to the great offers they always have on, the only downside is the shipping cost and speed! Apart from that they are great

"Update!"
Approx. Two years later I want to update my previous scathing review ( that was well deserved, by the way!)
I tried several other sites to start my photo books and just couldn't get used to them, so about a year ago I went back to Snapfish. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had greatly improved their site... made many changes that make it a much better site to work with. I just received my book (140 pages... months of work!) and
Overall was very pleased! Glad I gave them another chance!

I, too, was a loyal Snapfish customer for years! You have devastated your website... losing precious photos and projects for countless customers. You need to... hire new software developers and new customer service agents if you want to survive. There are so many issues with your site, I don't know where to begin. Start by bringing back the old site and slowly make changes. If you don't undo the damage you will be out of business in a year.
